As Panorama.am had informed earlier today at 06:00am in the north – eastern part of Armenian – Azerbaijani border, the citizen of Azerbaijani Republic Firuz Farazov has crossed the border and has surrendered to the Armenian soldiers.

The Azerbaijani side has issued a statement which said that the soldier had got lost that’s why he was found on the Armenian side.

Commenting on the abovementioned statement the speaker of MoD Artsrun Hovhannisyan told Panorama.am, “At 06:00am the soldier either should be asleep or should be on military position. The soldier crossing the border of his enemy with a white flag doesn’t seem to be lost.”
