Turkish “Haberler” news web site reports that European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) satisfied the claim of Hrant Dink family against Turkey. According to the source the court accused Turkey for not managing the Dink’s security after those threats and for accusing Dink by 301^st article of Criminal Code.

It’s worth reminding while alive Dink was accused for offending Turkish identity defined by article 301.
