On 27 August members of “Kur” civil monitoring group were arrested in Azadkend, Sabirabad community and Neymanli, Gajigabuli, “Turan” news agency reported referring to member of the group Oqtay Gyulaliyev.

According to him the monitoring group members were assessing disaster sequences and developing compensation list. The police officers banned the group to enter the places destroyed by the disaster.

“Kur” civil headquarter is a group of social organization and mass media.
