Vandals of Armenian cemeteries identified in Russia

The Russian police have identified and arrested the vandals having destroyed Armenian and Russian cemeteries  in the Russian city of Novorosiysk, according to weekly Yerkramas, published by the Armenian community in Russia. According to the source, the vandals have been unveiled due to the operative-investigative activities of special groups.

According to the information, a suspect pleaded guilty, pointing his criminal accessories. No other details have been reported.

Note that 3 cemeteries were rampaged in Novorosiysk, Russia, in the night from July 23 to July 24, destroying 44 Armenian and Russian gravestones. Armenian Embassy in Russia had addressed a note of complaint to Russian Foreign Ministry over the incident.
