Iranian Foreign Ministry: Without Iran’s interference, no agreement will be reached on Syria
There’s not military solution to the Syrian crisis, spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Bahram Qasemi said, according to TANSIM.
“Considering Iran's role in the region, no agreement will be reached on Syria, without Iran’s interference,” the representative of the ministry told the reporters answering questions regarding the recent developments in Syria.
“Iran's position remains unchanged. There’s no military solution to the Syrian crisis. In order to establish ceasefire, the roads for delivering weapons to terrorists should be closed. The ceasefire should not serve as a means of equipping the terrorists,” Qasemi said referring to the ceasefire established in Syria.
