U.S. Vice-President-Elect Mike Pence phoned Serzh Sargsyan
President Serzh Sargsyan had a phone conversation with the new Vice-President-Elect of United States Mike Pence on December 1.
According to a brief press statement released by Armenian President’s press service, the call was set up by “at the initiative of the American side”.
Serzh Sargsyan is reported to congratulate once again the new President-Elect Donald Trump and his team for their victory in the elections “wishing success in their responsible mission”.
Sargsyan and Pence underlined the current high-level of bilateral relations between Armenia and United States and expressed resolve to take those relations in political and economic domains to higher levels.
