Iran considers unacceptable the visit to be paid by Israeli Prime Minister to Azerbaijan
The visit planned to be paid by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Azerbaijan is unacceptable for the Muslims. Today Seyed Mehdi Ghoreishi, Representative of the Supreme Leader of Iran in West Azerbaijan stated during today’s meeting with the reporters. Iranian MEHR news agency reports about this.
Turing to visit to be paid by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Azerbaijan Iran’s senior cleric has noted the following: “It is unacceptable when a Muslim country tries to develop ties with a perpetrator, The Azerbaijani authorities must take this into account, as it is unacceptable for the Muslim society.”
Seyed Hassan Ameli, Representative of Iran's Supreme Leader in Ardabil province, has announced that Azerbaijan is important for Israel not in economic or military terms, but because of the fact that Azerbaijan is Iran’s neighboring country. As MEHR reports, after today’s Friday Prayers in Tabriz the participants of the prayer organized a march denouncing Netanyahu’s visit to Azerbaijan and demanded from Baku to suspend it.
To note the Azerbaijani news agencies report that Israel’s PM is due to pay a visit to Azerbaijan on 13 December.
