On August 1 the Foreign Affairs Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Edward Nalbandyan and Elmar Mamediarov will possibly have a meeting in Moscow, said Tigran Balayan, the press secretary of the Foreign Ministry to Panorama.am. The possible meeting has been discussed when Minister Nalbandyan and OSCE American co-chairman Mattew Bryza met.
Note that according to the press secretary of Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, the Minister has already affirmed the meeting. During the meeting the ministers will discuss the NKR conflict and its regulation.
