Iskandaryan says it seems Armenia won’t ratify protocols
It seems Armenian side made a decision not to ratify the signed Armenian-Turkish protocols waiting for the Turkish side to do it the first, Alexander Iskandaryan, the president of “Caucasus Institute” told the reporters.
“Is it a good decision or bad, is another matter,” expert said.
Expert says that it might be that if Armenian side ratifies the protocols, then we’ll have certain type of pressure on Turkish side, and it’s not excluded that others will not press on Turkey.
Turkey has not put any deadlines for ratifying the protocols; hence they can do it whenever they want, either next year in April or maybe in 2011.

“We can protect our being only by our type”
The type is the most important value. Type. It’s not a good or a bad one; it’s just called a type. Our speech is different, our music is different, it is ours and our being are conditioned by it.
