Giro Manoyan, the director of ARF Armenian Cause Office declared today that Armenian-Turkish protocols are not supposed to be ratified in the forthcoming few months, as neither Turkey’s Parliament discuss them nor they have been sent to Armenian Constitutional Court. The ARF representative says he thinks Turkish side will only make some advancement in that process on the eve of April 24 to show that the process is continuing. “The process and not the result is the most significant point for the Turkish side,” he said. According to Manoyan it would be better for Armenia to declare at once that we are not going to ratify the protocols.
