Recent statements by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the possible outbreak of war in Karabakh, became the subject of discussions in the Armenian network - on blogs and forums.

The blogger Miaceq hayer believes that Aliyev's statement is connected with the future meeting, on December in Athens at the Annual Summit of OSCE Foreign Ministers, where discussions will be held on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and where we are to expect a statement on the Nagorno Karabakh.

"As here it is necessary for all the parties to save their faces, Aliyev now states “if no progress, then a war will start”. Then he will say, see the Armenians were afraid. The presidents meet just before the Annual Summit of OSCE Foreign Ministers, to discuss the details. The blogger Kornelij wrote: "Ilham has got real problems. He is not allowed to keep hundreds of thousands of people in tent camps anymore. After all, the refugees were the main cannon fodder for a future war for Karabakh – the students of Oil Academy are not likely to be shouting "Garabag bizimdir" throwing themselves on the Armenian embrasures.
The refugees now, are not the same too. The new generation doesn’t care of Karabakh either. So Ilham is running from house to house, that are being built for refugees, reminding them that they should die for Karabakh.

Always". He says, "Actually, we don’t have to wait for a long time. If, after Munich, Ilham Aliyev did not start a war, then the President of Azerbaijan is a cheapest liar.

More often during the discussions is noted that Ilham Aliyev is consistently threatening the world by war, trying to save his face, as, in fact, Azerbaijan is not able to achieve any progress in their favor on the Karabakh issue.
On November 20 according to some media, Ilham Aliyev said that if the Munich meeting of the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan would be "futile, then our hopes for the talks will run out. The President of Azerbaijan made similar statements with similar threats also on 17 November.
