Turkey slams Sweden's MP of Turkish decent
Besides the fury over the endorsement of the Armenian Genocide Resolution by the Swedish Parliament, the name of the member of Sweden’s Parliament Mehmet Kaplan of Turkish decent, the Swedish Green Party, is also a subject to hot discussions in the Turkish media.
The Turkish are enraged and dissatisfied with Kaplan, who refused to participate in the vote after his address at the parliament, CnnTurk reported. The Turkish express discontent over Kaplan’s non-participation, for had he said “no” to the Resolution, the latter had not been approved since it passed with a one-vote margin.
