OSCE MG Co-Chairs' statements on Karabakh more significant, ARP deputy says
The OSCE PA Special Envoy Goran Lenmarker said at the NATO PA's 73rd Rose-Roth Seminar in Yerevan that the change of Nagorno-Karabakh current format for talks, i.e. NKR involvement in the negotiating process, would not be appropriate.
Though, the OSCE MG French Co-Chair Bernard Fassier said during the seminar he thinks NKR participation in the talks necessary. The sooner NKR involves in the process the better it will be, he said.
Referring the two opposite views, Panorama.am asked the Armenian NA ARP deputy Gagik Minasyan to comment on those. The deputy highlighted the significance of the Co-Chairs’ statements since the latter are directly involved in the negotiating process.
