OSCE PA President to visit Nagorno-Karabakh
President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Joao Soares has been invited to visit Nagorno-Karabakh, the Chairman of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan told reporters in Yerevan.
Note that Mr. Ghulyan had a meeting with the OSCE PA President prior to the press conference.
As A. Ghulyan said, their disposition over Karabakh’s participation in the negotiating process does not mean they are intent to accelerate the process. This will just provide opportunity to present Artsakh views personally.
