Senate to consider Bryza candidacy as US Ambassador to Azerbaijan July 22
The U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee will hold a confirmation hearing on Thursday, July 22nd for President Obama's nominee, Matthew Bryza, to serve as the next U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan, reported the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA).
Note that today, July 20th, the Committee will discuss Francis Ricciardone candidacy as the next U.S. Ambassador to Ankara.
Earlier ANCA shared with 19 members of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee a 7-page review of potential conflict of interest and policy-related reservations regarding President Obama's nomination of Matthew Bryza to serve as Ambassador to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
