The other day, Head of Azerbaijan’s delegation in OSCE Bakhar Muradova told bakililar.az news agency that the Nagorno Karabakh issue is on the OSCE PA session agenda. She added that the Azerbaijani side is set to propose discussing the amendments to the agreement on the Russian military base in Armenia at the OSCE PA session.

While, today Bakhar Muradova said that the OSCE PA session to be held between October 8 and 11 in Palermo will focus on security and cooperation issues, yet PA is not going to adopt a document on NKR issue.

She expressed her concern over the attitude of OSCE as the main mediator in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.
