“That step of Azerbaijan was explained by the results of Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents’ talks. In all probability, Azerbaijan was discontent with Medvedev-Aliyev meeting and just like after the Saint Petersburg meeting, several hours after Medvedev-Aliyev meeting Azerbaijan again committed a diversion trying to demonstrate its dissatisfaction with the Presidents’ discussions,” NKR parliament member, Chairman of parliament Foreign Affairs Committee Vahram Atanesyan told a panorama.am correspondent.
According to Atanesyan, judging by Azerbaijan’s response, Medvedev-Aliyev meeting proceeded in a hard atmosphere.
