New draft Constitution has been submitted with the Georgian Parliament and once approved, it will make Georgia a parliamentary republic.

Georgian opposition says, this is how Saakashvili wants to make a way to his new post as the head of the government as he cannot be elected as president for another term.

The Constitution will be approved if endorsed by two thirds of the Parliament, with over 100 MPs having voted pro.
