It is high time that the Armenian party present an analogous well formulated document to international instances, Director of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Hayk Demoyan told a press conference.

“Thus the international community and international organizations will assess the alliance of two countries on the basis of ethnolinguistic and genealogical community for carrying out policy against a third country. That is, the formula “One nation, two states” should be presented to the international community as policy contradicting to international documents,” Demoyan said.

According to the historian, as far back as in the 70s of the 20th century UN passed a resolution, according to which all neighboring countries should have good neighbor relations, should never blockade each other, the borders should be always open, communications should run uninterruptedly.
