In an interview aired on Israeli TV channel, Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) leader Murat Karaylan called on Tel Aviv to cease military cooperation with Ankara. Turkey is a common enemy both for the Kurdish and Israeli people. Karaylan drew attention to the fact that it’s from Israel that Turks receive arms to fight against the Kurds.

“Iran and Syria, developing warm ties with Turkey, consider PKK and Israel as their enemies. Turkey, Iran and Syria aim to annihilate us, and you provide weapons to those intent to annihilate us (Turks),” the Kurdish leader said, according to Son Dakika.
