Azerbaijan again proves its imprudence. This is one of the clumsy and illiterate ways for Azerbaijan to prove it is unaware of the international law and second, it is unaware of its own legislation,” Armenian “Heritage” faction MP Larisa Alaverdyan told Panorama.am, commenting on the information spread by Azerbaijan about the Armenian citizen Manvel Saribekyan’s death in Baku.

On September 12 Azerbaijani media spread information on "having prevented a sabotage organized by the Armenian party" and reported on taking Manvel Saribekyan a captive.

“Actually, they not only imprudently violate the cease-fire regime, but they also decide the international law is null, nothing for them. We already know that many countries, as well as Azerbaijan have a very accurate definition of this article, i. e. article on making somebody commit suicide,” the MP said, adding that: “Even if they want to prove it was suicide, it doesn’t free them from responsibilities to find and punish those guilty.”
