President Serzh Sargsyan should head RPA’s election list in the forthcoming parliamentary election, Secretary of RPA parliamentary faction Gagik Melikyan told a news conference, adding that he expresses his personal opinion.

“To RPA, parliamentary election is not an end in itself. The party views both parliamentary and presidential elections as a single process,” said Melikyan.
