Armenian Parliament Vice Speaker Edward Sharmazanov headed a delegation on February 16 to Stepanakert, where meetings were held with NKR Parliament Speaker Ashot Ghulyan.

According to Armenian Parliament the statesmen have discussed issues of cooperation between the two parliaments.

Armenian delegation left for Stepanakert to attend international conference dedicated to the 20th anniversary of NKR independence. The delegation includes MPs Vahe Hakobyan, Aram Safaryan, Gagik Melikyan, Lilit Galstyan, Karine Atchemyan, as well as NKR envoy to Armenia Karen Topchyan.
