“If we consider that this program is the only document we need to approve, I think it will lose its political significance,” member of RPA parliamentary faction David Harutyunyan said in parliament, commenting on the government’s program.

According to him, “that document will have major political significance if the government adds subprograms, conceptions to it in the future.”

“The current parliament must participate in the elaboration of that program. More, the parliament must have the possibility to observe the implementation of those programs,” Harutyunyan said and added that he will vote for the government’s program.

“I believe in this government’s capabilities,” he concluded.
