Shirinyan: Nothing will change unless a program of radical changes is presented
No substantial change has taken place in the government, according to political scientist Levon Shirinyan.
The Prime Minister is a manager who implements the President’s program, he told reporters on Tuesday.
As regards the personality of the new Prime Minister, Shirinyan noted that it is not correct to express unequivocally negative or positive opinions. He noted that changes will be possible in case society becomes active.
“We should wait until the Prime Minister presents his program,” he said.
The expert also said that nothing will change unless a program of radical changes is presented.
