Armenian Prime Minister attends CIS Heads of Government Council meeting
Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan is in Turkmenistan on a two-day working visit.
As part of the visit, he attended a meeting of the CIS Heads of Government Council, according to the press service of the Armenian government.
The participants discussed about two dozen issues related to development of cooperation within the CIS. They, in particular, discussed the implementation of the free trade zone agreement of October 18, 2011, the nuclear and radiation safety concept of CIS member states in the peaceful use of nuclear energy, the pricing and competition in oil markets.
It was decided that the next meeting of the CIS Heads of Government Council will be convened on May 29, 2015 in Kazakhstan.
