Armenian government initiates extraordinary session of parliament
Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan conducted today, on June 30 an extraordinary sitting of Armenian government, the governmental press service said.
Pursuant to Article 70 of the Constitution of Armenia, the government decided to propose that Speaker of National Assembly convene an extraordinary session of the parliament at twelve noon on July 2.
It was proposed including only one issue in the agenda – the ratification of the agreement between the governments of Armenia and Russia on the provision of a state export loan to the Armenian government.
“I want to remind you that the agreement is related only to military-technical cooperation,” Minister-Chief of Government Staff David Harutyunyan said.
