Karapet Rubinyan quits ‘Armenian All-National Movement’ Party
Karapet Rubinyan has announced his decision to quit ‘Armenian All-National Movement’ (HHSh) Party.
As was reported, yesterday, on August 27 Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with HHSh representatives Alexander Arzumanyan, Ararat Zurabyan and David Arakelyan as part of consultations with political parties regarding the constitutional reform in Armenia.
“The Congress, Council or Board of HHSh did not authorize with their decisions those who visited the presidential residence to present the party’s position on that issue because no such issue was discussed. These actions of HHSh leadership flagrantly violate rights of the party’s members to discuss problems and participate in decision making,” K. Rubinyan said on Facebook.
He also wrote that in view of the aforesaid he intends to quit HHSh.
