Bako Sahakyan meets ARS representatives in Los Angeles
On November 25, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited, in Los Angeles, Armenian Relief Society (ARS) Regional Executive Board of the Western USA and met representatives of the organization led by its chairwoman Vicky Marashlyan.
The President said that the ARS is one of the most established structures of the Diaspora, and highlighted its activity both in the Motherland and beyond its borders.
Bako Sahakyan pointed out that the activities carried out by the organization in Artsakh are among the best manifestations of patriotism and are noticeable in the life of the republic.
President Sahakyan also answered various questions posed by the attendees.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Aghabekyan, Armenia’s Ambassador to U.S. Tigran Sargsyan and other officials accompanied the President, the press service of the Artsakh Republic President reported.
