Temperatures to fall by 5-7 degrees in April – meteorologist
A Mediterranean cyclone will come to Armenia on March 30, bringing heavy precipitations, Gagik Surenyan, deputy head of Center for Meteorology at the Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations, told reporters on Saturday.
In his words, snowfalls are expected in mountainous areas and rains in the Ararat Valley. Precipitations will continue in the first days of April; thunderstorms, winds and hails are forecast.
The meteorologist added that temperatures will fall by 5-7 degrees in most of the regions in April, by 15 degrees in Syunik, Lori and Tavush regions.
