Hraparak daily reported earlier that Armenia’s Military Commissioner Sergey Chalyan was temporarily relieved of his duties for violations revealed in the Military Commissariat.

“Chalyan was dismissed from his position by presidential decree on Thursday. According to our information, Valery Grigoryan, the substitute of Yuri Khachaturov, Chief of General Staff of RA Armed Forces, has also been dismissed. However, everyone knows that these persons can do nothing without Khachaturov’s participation and awareness. In fact, he enjoys a privileged status,” the paper says.
