Chairman of Turkey’s opposition “National Movement” Party Devlet Bahceli has obtained permission from the Culture and Tourism Ministry to hold namaz in an Armenian church that has been turned to a mosque in the ruins of Ani close to the Armenian-Turkish border, only 45km away from Kars, Sondakika informed.

Bahceli is intent to hold a group namaz with his party members there.

Remind that Turkish Culture and Tourism Minister E. Gunay had announced that Bahceli’s initiative can be ruled as anti-constitutional.
