The leader of the Armenian diocese in Tehran Archbishop Sepuh Sargsyan has sent a congratulatory letter to Iran’s spiritual leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamanei and the Iranian people on Eid ul Fitr, a Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting, IRNA reported.

At the same time, the Armenian leader condemned the statement of an American church that Quran, Muslim Holy Book, should be burnt on September 11, noting that such churches cannot be acting on behalf of Jesus Christ and Christianity.
