“Rumors circulating in Armenian Defense Ministry suggested that Deputy Chief of Staff of RA Armed Forces Valery Grigoryan and Armenia’s Military Commissioner Sergey Chalyan will be dismissed. Rumors say that Arakel Martikyan, Valery Grigoryan’s subordinate, will also be dismissed,” the paper writes.
