The last delegation of Armenian Olympics left for Beijing. On 8 August the official ceremony of Olympics Games is to be opened in the capital city of China. After that the President of Armenia will follow the performances of Armenian sportsmen. The President of Armenian National Olympics Gagik Carukyan will lead our delegation in China.

On the official opening ceremony Armenian triple champion Albert Azaryan will hold Armenian flag. 25 Armenian sportsmen will present 8 sports types.

On the first day of the Olympics competition for the nephrite medals will start.
