Armenian chess players in Rijeka, Croatia

The fifth round of European Men’s and Women’s Championships in Rijeca, Croatia, are finished recording a very important fact as currently neither chess player has a 100% result. In men’s championships Zahar efimenko, Liviu-Dieter Nisipeanu and Artyom Timofeyev have 4.5 scores. The best results scored by Armenian chess players have Samvel Ter-Sahakyan and Hrant Melqumyan who occupy 13th and 17th positions respectively.  
In women’s championship Lilit Galoyan ended in a draw and scored 4 points occupying 13th horizontal.
