Roman Amoyan awarded bronze medal at world championship

World Greco-Roman style wrestling kicked off in Moscow on 6 September. Wrestlers of three weight classes took the arena. Roman Amoyan (55kg, Yerevan) had a confident combat. He had perfect victories over Bulgarian, Egyptian and Japanese delegates but soon was defeated by the Iranian wrestler and took third place being awarded a bronze medal.   

On 7 September Vahan Juharyan, Denis Forov and Yuri Patrikeev will combat and on 8 September – Arsen Julfalakyan.
