Moldova determined to hold constituti9on amendment

 The leaders of the Alliance for European Integration (AIE) declare for the Constitution's amendment, but have not reached common mind as yet. They are to discuss and present a consolidated position on the first days of next March.

AIE still does not have a consolidated position on the constitutional reform. The Alliance's leaders made this statement at the end of a meeting with the members of the Venice Commission. The leader of the Liberal Party (PL), Mihai Ghimpu, has said that the participants in the meeting set forth more viewpoints. He said that the Commission members made a proposal that the Constitution be amended through the parliament.

Collision of bus, truck leave 13 dead in Kazakhstan

An accident involving a truck and bus left 13 people dead and another 27 injured in southern Kazakhstan, the country's Emergencies Ministry reported on Saturday. There were 51 people on board the bus when the accident occurred. 5 people have been hospitalized.
