
Artsakh resident dies near the Lars checkpoint
RA Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) reports about a death of Artsakh resident on Lars road.
As Panorama.am learnt from the press service of MES, a man, born in 1979, had a heart attack while waiting for the opening of the transit route, which had earlier been closed on June 23 due to the flooding.
No further details over the circumstances of the incident were reported.
