Armenian president to attend Eurasian Media Forum in Kazakhstan
President Armen Sarkissian of Armenia will participate in the upcoming Eurasian Media Forum in Almaty at the invitation of Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Sarkissian has been one of the co-founders of the Eurasian Media Forum, the presidential press service said.
In his invitation letter, the Kazakh leader expressed confidence that the participation of such a famous and leading political and state figure like Armen Sarkissian to the forum will, undoubtedly, will be very interesting for the participants and guests.
The Eurasian Media Forum has been held in Kazakhstan for over 15 years. It has become a leading platform for dialogue in the Eurasian region. The annual forum brings together over 600 delegates from around 60 countries, including political figures, economics, Nobel Prize laureates, businessmen and experts.
