FM Mnatsakanyan receives the newly appointed Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia
Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan received on Friday newly appointed Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia Ambassador Andrea Wiktorin on the occasion of presenting the copies of credentials. As the foreign ministry said in a statement, Minister Mnatsakanyan congratulated the Ambassador on the occasion of assuming the important and responsible position and r expressed confidence that the newly appointed Ambassador will contribute to deepening and expanding the Armenian-EU relations.
Mnatsakanyan briefed the newly appointed Ambassador on the ambitious reform agenda of the Armenian Government and emphasizing the importance of the EU support to realize it.
The interlocutors discussed a wide scope of issues pertaining to Armenia-EU cooperation agenda, the upcoming high-level visits, the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) and the roadmap of its implementation.
Mnatsakanyan touched upon the preparation works of the conference dedicated to10th anniversary of Eastern Partnership scheduled for October 9 in Yerevan.
