We are working with Russia as before, FM says

“The Armenian-Russian relations rest on strong basis and have a rich agenda,” Armenia’s Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan told reporters on Thursday, responding to a question whether the change of the Russian cabinet may reflect on the relations between the two countries.

“The works underway through the rich agenda and different formats are quite efficient and active, and we are working with the Russia side as we have done before,” the minister said.

To remind, the Russian cabinet headed by Premier Dmitry Medvedev resigned on Wednesday. Russia’s ruling party, United Russia, on Thursday unanimously approved Mikhail Mishustin’s candidacy as prime minister ahead of a formal parliamentary vote.
