Armenia extends restrictions on communication with Iran to March 24
The Armenian government has adopted a decision to extend the restrictions on communication with neighboring Iran to March 24 in an effort to prevent more coronavirus cases in the country.
The respective decision is available on e-gov.am.
The measure takes effect on Tuesday, Match 3.
The Armenian government decided to partially close its border with Iran and to impose restrictions on air traffic between the two states for two weeks on 24 February.
Also, Armenia temporarily restored the visa regime with Iran on Monday, one day after the Armenian authorities reported the first coronavirus case in the country.
