Robert Kocharyan: Nothing seems to be done for army to bounce back
No measures seem to be taken for the Armenian military to bounce back, Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan said in a message on Army Day celebrated on January 28. The message reads:
"Dear Compatriots,
I congratulate you on Armenian Army Day.
Our Army is going through daily challenges. However, nothing seems to be done for the army to finally bounce back.
I want to believe that this situation will be fixed and the Armenian Army will regain its position as the guarantor of Armenia and Artsakh’s security.”
