Snow, fog in sight for Armenia

No precipitation is expected in Armenia on Saturday afternoon, while snow and fog are forecast for Saturday evening as well as the next few days.

Drivers are warned over snowstorm and low visibility in the country’s mountainous regions.

Strong winds of up to 20 m/s are predicted in some parts of the country on February 6-7, the national weather service said.

Temperatures are set to rise by 5-8C overnight Monday.

The capital Yerevan will also see snow and fog late on Saturday and Sunday. Sleet is expected in the city on February 6-7.
