Minister says possible change to Armenia's constitution an internal affair
The negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan continue with Yerevan promoting its own agenda, Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan told reporters on Thursday.
Commenting on Azerbaijani presidential advisor Elchin Amirbayov's latest statement insisting on a change of Armenia's constitution, the minister underlined that it is Armenia's internal affair.
“It's for the Armenian citizens, constitution makers, to decide on constitutional changes. Armenia is not changing its constitution at any country’s behest. Whether or not Armenia will change its constitution is Armenia's internal affair," he added.
