A journalist for Azerbaijani “Bizim yol” paper has been brutally beaten in front of Azerbaijani President’s Residence while carrying out his professional duties, “Turan” news agency informs.

The beaten journalist was making a recording of the protestors gathered near the President’s Residence when a police officer hiding his identification under casual wearing destroyed violently the shots.

Editor-in-chief of “Bizim yol”, Bahhadin Haziyev said that the journalist claimed to police department of Sabayil region and was subjected to forensic examination.
