Serzh Sargsyan congratulates Vladimir Putin
President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory letter to Vladimir Putin on his victory in Russian presidential elections, President’s press office reported.
The letter particularly reads:

On behalf of people of Armenia and myself, I offer my sincere congratulations to You for being elected as President of Russian Federation.
Your convincing victory in the presidential elections is evident of extensive and long-term support of Russians towards a policy you’re committed to implement regarding the comprehensive development of Russia, amendments in the country, improvement of its role and influence in global processes.
In recent years significant results have been obtained in the development of Armenian-Russian relations, essential resources have been created for the future. And Your personal contribution is greatly hailed.
I’m confident our bilateral military cooperation will serve for reinforcement of peace, security and stability in South Caucasus, allowing not only to implement long-term programs in economy, inter-regional cooperation, cultural-humanitarian fields but to unveil the opportunities for inter-state cooperation.
