Armenian government approves draft agreement on joining EaEU
At a meeting on Thursday, the Armenian government approved the draft agreement on Armenia’s joining the May 29, 2014 agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union (EaEU).
“Under the agreement, Armenia becomes a full member of the EaEU from the moment when the agreement takes effect. The agreement stipulates implementation of joint decisions and settlement of disputes with the World Trade Organization,”
Deputy Finance Minister Suren Karayan said.
Besides, the draft names the products for whose import the common duties of the Customs Union will not be applied in the transitional period.
