Abrahamyan: Armenian authorities will continue supporting Georgian Armenian community
The Armenia-Georgia cooperation is developing in conditions of mutual confidence, which is a guarantee of the further development and strengthening, Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan said during his meeting with representatives of the Armenian community in Georgia, the press service of the government reported.
The problems of Armenian community of Georgia are at the center of the Armenian authorities’ attention, Hovik Abrahamyan said. This year the Armenian government implemented numerous programs that assisted Georgia’s Armenian community with the organization and holding of cultural and scientific-educational events and promoting their ties with Armenia, he said.
Hovik Abrahamyan stressed that the Armenian authorities will continue efforts on supporting the Armenian community of Georgia.
